Insurance Coverage
MFS is a Contracted Provider of All Major Insurance Companies.
To verify insurance coverage, please inquire directly with our insurance coordinator. You may use our secure online form to ask your question. Please note that depending upon your insurance contract benefits, you may be responsible for a portion of the charges not paid for or covered by your insurance. If You Don't Have Insurance Coverage:
If you do not have insurance coverage for your care, we also accept cash, check, and credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard & Discover). See also our financing and payment options for male reproductive procedures.
TIP: We recommend to keep track of your out-of-pocket medical expenses. Annual medical expenses that exceed 7.5% of your total adjusted gross income are tax deductible. This includes travel expenses and meals associated with the medical treatment. Go to Publication #502 on www.irs.gov or speak with your tax advisor for more information tax deductibles.
Financing Options
There are many loan programs available for patients that need financing. We currently offering CareCredit to make it easier for you to get the treatment and care you want and need. PLEASE NOTE: When applying for a medical loan, be sure to include ALL fees, such as the surgeon, facility, anesthesia and loan administration fees. All fees are the patient's responsibility. Male Fertility & Sexual Medicine Specialists can help you estimate all of the possible costs. Our office will not be responsible for any shortfall between loan amounts and your final cost so please double-check that you are not forgetting anything. The surgeon's fee must be paid in full for your procedure.
